Prepare for spring turkey
season
Throughout the month | Statewide
Incredible opportunities await turkey hunters this
spring. Set yourself up for success by scouting for a
place where turkeys are still fl ocked up and getting
permission from landowners. In the fi nal weeks
of the month, set up your blind near roosting and
feeding sites and start hunting when archery season
opens March 25.

Go trout fi shing

Early spring is a good time of year to hit a
trout stream, especially on sunny days when
trout are more likely to be active. Watch
