certifi ed fi shing instructors teach the
basics to people of all
ages who have never
been fi shing or haven't
fi shed for years. Make
sure to bring your
fi shing permit if you're
age 16 or older.

Parks at the state fair
Aug. 27 – Sept. 6 | Grand Island
The Outdoor Encounter exhibit, located in the
Nebraska Building, is one state fair exhibit you
won't want to miss. It features a 6,000-gallon tank
fi lled with Nebraska fi sh, an archery and air gun
range, an outdoor playground and activity bags for
kids and families.
