Shoot photos at Fort Robinson
State Park
Throughout the month
There's never a bad time to take pictures at Fort Robinson. In early December,
park staff and the public team up to decorate Fort Robinson's historical
buildings with Christmas lights, which are on display throughout the holiday
season. Arrive at dusk to get the best photos. This time of year also provides the
opportunity to enjoy the park's stunning landscape and charismatic wildlife
outside of the busy tourism season. Grab a camera and have some fun.

See Christmas lights at
Buff alo Bill's home
Nov. 25 – Dec. 31 | Buff alo Bill Ranch State
Historical Park
See the historic home of Buff alo Bill lit up in a special
display. All month, the barn, grounds and mansion will
be decorated with Christmas lights. It's free and easy to
simply drive by, but for the best experience, get out on
the grounds and walk around.
