The steep hills above the Platte River boast winding, tree-lined trails that feel like a hidden escape, especially the trail guiding you to the peaceful Stone Creek Falls. Don't worry about getting lost: the trails are well-marked. Niobrara State Park With its rolling hills and breathtaking vistas, Niobrara State Park is rich in history and teeming with wildlife. Listen for the gobble of turkeys in the morning and keep an eye out for deer. A ridge-top trail provides an impressive view of where the Niobrara and Missouri rivers converge.
