When It's Hot N ebraska's hottest month, July is too often when many of even the most die-hard outdoor enthusiasts head for the AC and binge watch their favorite TV episodes. But there is a sense of strange accomplishment that comes when spending a day with sweat dripping off of your face, where any shade is good shade and any sort of assistance from the Great Plains wind is quite often the heat's best medicine. \ T his is summer at its best. And while there's nothing better than lying on the couch after a long day in the sweltering heat, it takes being in that heat in the first place to make that late-day drink that much sweeter.
