This gorgeous park in the western part of the state offers a great spot for a remote winter getaway, and guests are invited to bring ice fishing equipment, cross country skis or snowshoes and explore. Open Hunting Seasons Various dates Make sure to get out and hunt before several seasons close at the end of January, including fall turkey, pheasant and grouse.
