migration. I long for the day when even more of my friends and I are spread across the entire east side of the lake. Until that day, however, I'll be more than happy to share the lakeside with folks I've never met. Who knows? I may just learn something that will change my life. ■ Two Rivers SRA Two Rivers SRA's ever- popular trout lake (Lake No. 5) normally opens to pay fishing on the second Saturday of March and remains open until July 1. Those with physical disabilities can enjoy the trout lake, too, as a wheelchair-accessible fishing pier is located at the south end of the lake. The restrooms located near the lake are also wheelchair- accessible. Regulations governing the trout lake, including fees and fish allowed per tag, are posted on the area. A valid Nebraska fishing permit is required in addition to the trout tag. For more information on fishing opportunities here and at parks across the state, visit the interactive public fishing areas map at Outdoornebraska.org. This map provides detailed information on available species, regulations, public boat ramps, fish cleaning stations and handicapped- accessible boat ramps and docks, among other features in reservoirs, lakes, streams, and rivers statewide. ■ Fishing at Two Rivers Two Rivers State Recreation Area is located one mile south of Venice off Highway 92 west of Omaha.
