View wildlife along
the Pine Ridge
With such an expanse of land,
Fort Robinson has room for big
animals. Visitors often marvel at
the sight of some of Nebraska's
largest game species roaming
the region. They include bighorn
sheep, mule deer, white-tailed
deer, pronghorn and elk.

Go horseback riding
If you were to design a park for horseback
riding, you'd have a hard time coming up
with a better place than Fort Robinson. Its
trails course over incredible topography, and
the fort also boasts a history of enlisting
the U.S. Cavalry's best horsemen. A special
campground and stables are available for the
equestrian crowd.
