Fishing events are for. At these events, you can take
advantage of free instruction from staff as well as free
loaner equipment such as rods, reels and bait. Find the

Fall hunting season has offi cially begun,
and you don't want to miss it! Plan some
time in the fi eld to take advantage of
the various seasons open this month,
including archery deer, dove and teal.
Bring a young person with you and
introduce them to the sport; there's
nothing quite like celebrating someone's
very fi rst harvest.

Recreation Area
Conveniently located near Lincoln, Pawnee
State Recreation Area features shady
campgrounds with modern services, a sandy
beach, good picnic locations, trails and a
lake where visitors can enjoy powerboating
and skiing. The campground also off ers
