Boat and fi sh at Lake Minatare
All month | Lake Minatare State Recreation Area
At over 2,000 acres, Lake Minatare is the Panhandle's largest body of water.
June is a prime time for both boating and fi shing at this popular destination,
with many visitors combining the two. Boaters and campers alike love the
wooded scenery, and in June, water levels typically reach the tree-lined
shores, off ering prime fi shing opportunities for species like walleye and
channel catfi sh. Learn more and make reservations at OutdoorNebraska.gov.
