Ash Hollow
Pageant
June 17 and 18
Ash Hollow State Historical Park
Travelers on the Mormon Trail in the
mid-1800s passed through the Ash
Hollow area, remarking on the land in
their diaries. On June 17 and 18, a live
band and costumed actors will retell
the stories of these pioneers through
their diaries and song. In addition to
the performance, there will be a chuck
wagon supper of roast beef, beans
cooked over an open fire and the much-
loved fry bread. The dinner begins at 5
p.m. and the performance at 6 p.m. Bring
your blankets and folding chairs. The
area is handicap-accessible.
