NEBRASKAland Magazine Outdoor Plates Mike Peters of Omaha grew up in Ogallala, where many start hunting and fishing when they are young. It wasn't until Peters was older that a friend introduced him to waterfowling. His message plate shows the time he typically arrived at that friend's house to head to the goose pit, despite being told to be there at 4:30. If you have an outdoor message plate you would like to share, e-mail a high-resolution JPEG to Eric.Fowler@Nebraska.gov, along with your name, town and a brief description.
