Cloud Formations
My dad, Larry Rivers
Sr., is a longtime reader of
NEBRASKAland Magazine. He
served as a meteorologist in the
Army back in the 1960s, and
is always eager to point out
various cloud formations to me.
He snapped the attached photo
below of mammatus clouds just
outside his southeast Lincoln
home this evening, right after
the worst of the storm had
passed over, and thought it
might make a good submission
for the "From Our Readers"
section of your magazine.
