Center
Weekends from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Lake Ogallala
Eagles can be seen year-round across the
state, but winter and early spring are the best
times to see large numbers of eagles. A great
place to go right now is the Lake Ogallala
Eagle Viewing Center located below Kingsley
Dam. The center is open for eagle viewing on
weekends in January and February from 8 a.m.-
2 p.m. Stop by at 9 a.m. or 12 p.m. to see a fun
presentation by the park naturalist.
