living history demonstrations at Fort
Kearny State Historical Park and Fort
Atkinson State Historical Park. You can
also watch fireworks and eat fresh fish
at Indian Cave State Park, enjoy a buffalo
cookout at Niobrara State Park, and try
out a sidewalk chalk art project while
learning about the emerald ash borer at
