Labor Day Weekend Sept. 3-5 Various Locations Over Labor Day Weekend, you can catch living history demonstrations at Fort Kearny State Historical Park and Fort Atkinson State Historical Park. You can also watch fireworks and eat fresh fish at Indian Cave State Park, enjoy a buffalo cookout at Niobrara State Park, and try out a sidewalk chalk art project while learning about the emerald ash borer at Niobrara State Park.
