Mahoney State Park Take part in one of the most festive of winter traditions this year – try ice skating! The ice skating pavilion at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park offers breathtaking views of the Platte River valley and offers guests plenty of space to practice their skills. Skate rental is available. Winterfest at State Parks Various Dates Statewide Winterfest at Nebraska state parks is all about celebrating this special time of year with family and friends.
